POLICIES

 

24 Hour Cancellation Policy:

A 100% CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE APPOINTMENT. If you do not pay the cancellation fee within 7 days of the occurrence, all future appointments will be canceled.

Once a year, our returning clients will get 1/2 OFF late cancel charge for those last minute emergencies. Resulting in only being charged 50%.

No Show Policy:

A 100% CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS. If you do not pay the cancellation fee within 7 days of the occurrence, all future appointments will be canceled.

There is a limit of 5 no-shows over the lifetime of the client. At the event of your 5th no show, all future appointments will be canceled and we will not be able to continue seeing you as a client.

 

Late Show Policy:

IF YOU ARRIVE LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU FORFEIT THE MINUTES YOU WERE LATE. YOU WILL STILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR THE FULL APPOINTMENT TIME SCHEDULED.

We will not be able to make up the time you were late on the back end of the appointment as appointments are scheduled back to back and we need to remain on schedule for all of our other clients.

 

Moving Appointment Within The 24 Hour Window Policy

If you are within the 24 hour cancellation policy and another artist has an available appointment that same day in which you would prefer to take, a $15 moving fee will be applied.

 

Age Policy:

We only perform services on people age 18 and older.

Dissatisfied With Your Service Policy:

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. ANY WORK THAT NEEDS CORRECTION IS REQUIRED TO BE DONE BY THE LASH ARTIST WHO PERFORMED THE ORIGINAL SERVICE.

We always want our clients to leave feeling beautiful and happy with the service they have received so if you are not 100% satisfied with your lashes PLEASE TELL US! It is easier to adjust your lashes at the time of the appointment than it is to get you back in!

As with any aesthetic procedure, outcomes are dependent on a variety of factors. We always strive to do our best work and achieve a look that you desire. We use the same application method and product on each client. Some common problems are:

 

  • All of my lashes fell out: Since we are unable to control a client's aftercare, natural lash shedding, or oil production, we are unable to guarantee an individual's retention rate.  We will correct any work deemed to be due to error of our application method. Be sure to review our aftercare instructions thoroughly, keep lashes dry for 24-72 hours post appointment, and call us if you should ever have an aftercare question.

 

  • Not enough lashes were put on during my appointment: Lashology is not responsible for correcting any service due to the client not booking enough time. All of our weekly fill suggestions are listed online. We recommend a minimum of 60 minutes every other week for the best fullness and retention. It is entirely up to the client how often she/he wishes to book. Complimentary fills or refunds will not be issued to clients who fail to meet the minimum fill suggestions. Clients who fail to book enough time for an adequate fill will be required to sign a waiver stating they are aware of this policy.

 

  • My artist was sick: At Lashology, we have the highest sanitation standards imaginable. All artists are required to wash and sanitize hands regularly as well as wear masks to cover their face, ESPECIALLY when they are not feeling 100%. As with any service, we do not want to have to cancel your appointment due to any minor illness of the Lash Artist. In the event your Artist is feeling under the weather - we will call you prior to your appointment and give you the option of rescheduling said appointment free of any cancellation fees. If your Artist is feeling too ill to come in and your appointment must be rescheduled, please understand we will do everything in our power to get you rescheduled as soon as possible but want to be sure we do not get you sick either!

 

  • Price: Not only are eyelash extensions a luxury service, but Lashology is a 100% DAMAGE FREE STUDIO and are priced as such. We do our best to have a sliding scale pricing schedule to accommodate a wide range of budgets - from Level 1 Artists to Master Artists and 45 to 120+ minute fills - but we understand that our services may not be budget friendly for everyone. At this time, we do not offer any discounts or promotions on any of our lash services.
