Most Asked Questions About Our Studio

Do you have regular hours?

  • We do not currently have regular hours. Each artist has unique and flexible hours that are subject to change. Generally, we aim to have at least one artist available from 9AM-5PM everyday. If you need an appointment at a specific time, please check our vagaro booking system to find an available artist, or reach out to us via text or phone call. We will always do our best to accomadate your schedule.

What is the best way contact you?

  • We do not have a receptionst, so if you're in need of a quicker response, please text our business line (303-325-7571). We check our texts regularly throughout the day and can respond easier between appointments. You are also welcome to call us and/or leave us a voicemail at our studio line (720-456-6913). Please allow us 24-48 hours to return your phone call.

Do you take walk-in appointments?

  • Currently, we are by appointment only and do not have a dedicated artist on standby for walk-ins. Occasionally, an artist may be available and could accomodate a last minute appointment, but it is advised to book ahead. Feel free to always reach out to us via text or phone call and check for last-minute openings.

Do you have parking?

  • Yes, but it is regulated. The Wheeler Block building has 4 dedicated visitor parking spaces that are clearly marked. These are located behind the building. All others spots in the parking lot require a parking pass, please only use the designated visitor spaces when they are available (they are visitor spots for the entire building). Additionally, the visitor spaces have a 1 hour time limit- be aware that some of our appointments require more than 1 hour. We do not control how and when parking enforecment gives out tickets for staying beyond the 1 hour time limit. There is street parking around the studio that allows for a 2 hour time limit and there are also paid parking lots very close to the studio, including the lot located at 3000 Vallejo St. just a block from us, this lot can be reserved for 2-6 hours. For your first appointment, please allow for extra time to find suitable parking.

Where are we located?

  • We are located in the Lower Highlands neighboorhood, inside the beautiful historic Wheeler Block building at the intersection of 29th Ave and Vallejo St. We are on the third floor in suite 335. Once in the building you can either use the stairs or elevator to reach the 3rd floor and we are the second door on the left.
