• We provide all of your supplies! We want all our artists using the same high-end products so we stock the studio with all your supplies & tools so you don't have to use your wages to cover them.

• We pay for your time to attend team meetings & trainings

• We pay for your time to maintain the studio & work on Lashology tasks like social media

• Our employees are W2 so we help pay your taxes & other benefits

Requirements:

• CO licensed esthetician or cosmetologist 

• Certified lash training 

• Preferred:

  • At least 1 year of lash extension experience

  • Lash lift experience using Elleebana system

  • Brow skills like lamination, tinting & shaping

  • Waxing & Dermaplane skills

Compensation:

• We pay an hourly rate of $18 -$30 per hour, + tips,  depending on skill and experience level

• We usually have 3 month "probationary" period where we assess your fit with the team, and your skill level before settling on your official starting Level and pay rate

• We pay an hourly rate of $20 an hour to attend team meetings & trainings

• We provide all the supplies & tools necessary for all of our services 

• We pay employer taxes
