Lashology Studio Policies

Cancellation Policy

We value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure availability to all our clients, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.

24-Hour Notice Required

We do require a 24-hour notice for all cancelling or rescheduling of appointments

 

Cancellation Fees

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24- hours’ notice you will be subject to the cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment cost. This will be charged to your credit card that is on file.

 

No-Show Policy

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

 

Last-Minute Booking Policy

Appointments made within 24-hour period, must give notice a least 4 hours prior to the appointment.

Foreign Fills Policy

At Lashology, we are committed to providing the highest quality service. To ensure a smooth transition to our studio, we ask that you please adhere to the following policies if you are receiving a service where you still have lash extensions that were applied by another studio.

Lash Quality Assessment 

We care about your lash health! Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse service if the current extensions are deemed unsuitable for a fill. This will most likely occur if your previous lash extensions were applied using improper or unsafe techniques. In such cases, we will discuss alternative options for you! 

Appointment Duration 

Foreign Fills typically require longer appointment times due to the assessment and adjustment of existing lash extensions. Please book a “Foreign Fills” appointment for the appropriate amount of time to ensure our artists have enough time for your service. 

Non-Refundable Deposit

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of service. If your artist is unable to work over your existing lashes due to unsafe or improper application, this deposit will not be refunded to cover the time of the appointment on our schedules.

Late Policy

15-Minute Grace Period

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service to ensure our schedules remain on track. If we do not have a client booked directly after you, we will do our best to accommodate you the best we can. If you are going to be late, please reach out to the studio via our text line at (303) 325-7571 and let us know as soon as possible!

 

Rescheduling Fees

If you are rescheduling because you are over 15 minutes late you may be subject to a rescheduling fee of 50% of your appointment cost to account for the time set aside for your appointment. 

Plan Ahead

To ensure you receive your full service and don’t need to be rescheduled, we recommend arriving to the studio a few minutes early. Upon arrival, please make yourself comfortable in our lobby and help yourself to a complimentary beverage from our mini fridge. If you need to use the restroom prior to your appointment, it is located at the end of the hall.

No Refund Policy

We do NOT offer refunds

Like most of the beauty industry, we do not offer refunds as the cost of an appointment covers the artist's time and supplies. We will do our best to address and fix your concerns if you are unhappy with a service.

Free Touch Ups

If you have a concern, please reach out to us within 24- 48 hours of your appointment. Please let us know what your specific concerns are, and what would resolve the issue for you. Please text or email us pictures to help us understand your concern, and we will do our best to get you in right away for a free touch up to correct the issue.

Allergic Reactions

We do not offer refunds for allergic reactions. If you are concerned please schedule a patch test prior to your appointment to test for an allergy.
