Lashology Studio Expectations
Booking
The following policies are in place to respect both our clients' time and our artists' schedules. They help minimize no-shows and last-minute cancellations. Our forms help make you aware of the possible side-effects of your service, and fill policies help make sure you book an appointment with the right amount of time to complete your lash extensions fully.
Credit Card
To secure all appointments, a valid credit card is required on file at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged unless there is a late cancellation or no-show, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
New Client Forms
We have several forms that need to be filled out while booking your first appointment including:
Service Specific Consent Forms
Social Media Consent Form (optional)
These forms will be linked in the booking process.
Lash Fill Appointments
When booking lash fill appointments it is important to book for the correct number of weeks so that your lash artist will have adequate time to complete filling your lash extensions. Your lash artist will expect that you have the follow percentage of lashes remaining for the following fill times:
60% of lashes remaining for a 1 week fill
50% of lashes remaining for a 2 week fill
40% of lashes remaining for a 3 week fill
Anything less than 30% remaining lashes or more than 4 weeks will require a new set to be booked.
Age Requirement
We require clients to be at least 18 years old to book an appointment.

Studio
At Lashology, we would like to make sure all guests have the opportunity to experience a calm, peaceful and rejuvenating experience while in our studio.
Children
We kindly ask that you do not bring children to the studio with you for appointments. Many of our clients come for a calm and peaceful environment when getting services performed. It is also a safety issue as we do not have someone who could watch you child while your service is being performed.
Cell Phones
Please make sure your cell phone is silenced when starting your service to keep a quiet, peaceful environment for all clients.
Chatting
You are more than welcome to chat with your artist during your service, we just ask that you be mindful of your volume and try to keep your voice low out of respect for other clients. Many clients prefer to relax and listen to music or sleep during their appointment.

Experience
Client Satisfaction
At Lashology, we want you to love your lashes! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your look, please reach out within 2-3 days of your appointment. While we don’t offer refunds, we are committed to doing everything we can to make it right. If you've lost a significant number of lashes within the first 48 hours, please send a photo when reaching out so we can assess the situation. We also kindly ask that you follow the proper aftercare instructions, as this helps maintain your beautiful lashes. To ensure your satisfaction, we encourage you to speak up about any concerns, such as wonky lashes or sticking lashes, before leaving your appointment. If something doesn’t feel quite right in the days after, just send us a text or email, and we’ll happily schedule you for a complimentary touch-up. Your happiness is our priority!
Make-Up Removal
Please refer to our Prep & Aftercare page for full details on preparing for your appointment. Please throughly remove all make-up prior to coming to your lash session. If your artist has to spend considerable time removing make-up before starting the service there may not be enough time to complete your service properly. If it causes your artist to prolong the appointment you may be charged a $15 makeup removal fee.
Reminders
Please remember to leave enough time to find parking and use the bathroom before your appointment. Also please try to avoid caffeine before a lash session so your eyes don't flutter or twitch during your appointment. Remove your contact lenses beforehand, we have contact cases and solution available should you need it. Wear something comfy, and bring your headphones if you like to listen to music or a podcast during your appointment.

Bride Guide
Timeline
We recommend scheduling your initial appointment at least one month before your wedding. This gives you the opportunity to have a consultation with your artist and test your desired look to make sure it is your ideal style before the big day. This leaves time to make adjustments or try something different before your wedding. Then make sure to schedule a fill appointment 2- 3 days before to make sure your lashes are in their most full, most pristine condition on your special day. This schedule also reduces the risk of discovering an allergy too close to your wedding day.
Lash Lift vs. Extensions
If you are considering a lash lift (lamination) for your wedding, we suggest testing that service at least 6 weeks before your wedding date. The look of a lash lift is much more subtle and natural than extensions, and while many clients prefer this for a day to day look, many brides end up deciding they want something a little more dramatic for their wedding day. Our artists can do a very natural classic set of lash extensions that provide more definition and elegance than a lash lift and tint can provide. Lash lifts must be scheduled at least 6 weeks apart, so make sure you leave enough time to schedule your follow-up lift 2 to 3 days before your wedding day.
Allergic Reactions
We definitely do not want your special day to be disrupted due to an allergic reaction, this is why we suggest booking your initial visit well in advance of your wedding. If you are already within a few weeks of your wedding, please consider scheduling a patch test a few days prior to your appointment to test for an allergy just to make sure it won't be an issue.
